I still believe what I said, that the this Iran thing is over in a few weeks, the US needs to decouple from Israel for awhile. They obviously don't have the best interest of the US in any of their plans and they can't be trusted. Its only become more glaring over the past few years. Anyone in the US that is Mossad needs to be sent packing. Do I believe they murdered Charlie Kirk? Not directly, but I absolutely believe there's a chance they facilitated it somehow or even found a patsy to do it for them.

Did pro war factions create a narrative in which Iran was a potential player in attempts on Trumps life? Probably.

Did Iran run bad AI movies of trying to kill Trump on the golf course? Yes.

I dont have the raw intel to make a call on to what degree the Iranian angle was substantive and what was a frame up to lead us down a trail to war, but if you threaten publicly to kill someone you have to accept that it might be used to frame a narrative around other actions.

Haven't tried to defend Iran at any point in time, I just don't want to be at war with them unless we have a clear path towards a positive outcome that minimizes American deaths and would much rather be focusing our efforts domestically.

I dont think we have the full story on Butler or many of these stories and we went from people like Dan Bongino screaming about issues with those situations to "shut up, theres nothing to see here, move on, support the war."

That doesn't work for me when the explanations dont make sense and the benefits to the average american are completely unclear.
