If he pardons Hunter, his brother and anyone else, they would not be able to plead the 5th in any proceedings against him.
However, if the next President is a republican I don’t even know if they would purse anything unless it’s Trump.
The whole thing is F’ed up.

I’d be careful with them, they answer to Obama not Biden.
If Obama decides he wants Biden out of the way they could torpedo him by just allowing actual investigations to proceed as they would against Trump or any Republican and he and Hunter are facing bribery and possible treason charges.

In a just, logical world Biden would already be legitimately impeached and removed under the 25th, amongst a litany of other things. Nothing will happen though.
He could be proven of the bribery and selling influence to foreign powers under a mountain of clear evidence that leaves no doubt, and they'll find some reason not to charge him with anything and look the other way

If they remove Biden, it will be just before the DNC 2024 nomination (August 2024) convention.They would not allow him the nomination and the democrats then would plug in Newsome. Knee-pads would take over for roughly 5 or so months. There will be no way she will be on a solo ticket for herself because it will be too late for her by that time. Joe is gone, Kamala will be gone at a later date which is Inauguration Day 2025.

Yup. No pardons necessary because, as we've seen, DOJ isn't going to do anything except slap their wrists.
And as Durham has shown, no investigations will be completed before any statute of limitations runs out.
No former president will face serious legal consequences for anything. That includes Trump, throwing that in for the board libs that jerk to that image and anyone worried that'll happen.
Political damage is the worst that will happen to any of them.

NO President will ever go to prison. They are chasing Trump to hinder up election interference today just like they started back in 2015. Dog and pony show by Democrats. You’d expect children to act this way because they are young and don’t know much about the world, but these are grown ups acting much worse than children.
