Lol. Ok. so if someone is breaking into my house, I walk outside, towards the intruder (since we may or may not all have balconies like the Bidens?) and fire both shots from my double barrel shotgun. Does the criminal not know that I'm empty at that point? Why would they leave? If they did leave.. Wouldn't I get arrested for negligent discharge of a weapon or some other charge?
