How can you claim to have added 500,000 jobs when

4.4 million Americans quit their jobs in September?

Anybody count the jobs lost when Keystone Pipeline and the wall was cancelled? Anyone count the jobs lost when drilling and other fossil fuel operations were stopped?

Anybody counting the job losses of the military refusing shots?

Changing the metric.

We created 500,000 jobs... (but they weren't net jobs)
Unemployment rate is xx% (we changed how we count that, we only count those actively searching)

And so on.

Jobs available is not the same as jobs filled

In 2019 we had 157.54 million Americans employed. It looks like the number of employed for 2021 will be around 153.70 million. Unless you use the Dems woke math, no new jobs have been added.

But actually, he thought as he re-adjusted the Ministry of Plenty's figures, it was not even forgery. It was merely the substitution of one piece of nonsense for another. Most of the material that you were dealing with had no connexion with anything in the real world, not even the kind of connexion that is contained in a direct lie. Statistics were just as much a fantasy in their original version as in their rectified version. A great deal of the time you were expected to make them up out of your head. For example, the Ministry of Plenty's forecast had estimated the output of boots for the quarter at 145 million pairs. The actual output was given as sixty-two millions. Winston, however, in rewriting the forecast, marked the figure down to fifty-seven millions, so as to allow for the usual claim that the quota had been overfulfilled. In any case, sixty-two millions was no nearer the truth than fifty-seven millions, or than 145 millions. Very likely no boots had been produced at all. Likelier still, nobody knew how many had been produced, much less cared. All one knew was that every quarter astronomical numbers of boots were produced on paper, while perhaps half the population of Oceania went barefoot. And so it was with every class of recorded fact, great or small. Everything faded away into a shadow-world in which, finally, even the date of the year had become uncertain.

Basically 2+2 = 5 in America now

That's the answer.

Now what job search metrics does the gov't use? Just those applying for unemployment benefits?

So many ways to search for jobs these days...no way they are tracking every stinking website offering jobs...right?

So Bernanke and Greenspan are walking in the park one day. Greenspan suddenly stops and tells Bernanke "I'll give you $500,000 if you eat this dog turd." And Bernanke does it. Then a little while later Bernanke makes the same offer to Greenspan and Greenspan accepts

A little while later something dawns on Bernanke and he asks Greenspan "What was the fricking point of that? No one is any richer and we both ate shite."

Greenspan replies "Young Bernanke, you have much to learn. We just added 1 million dollars to the GDP and created 2 new jobs."

Question -

You fire 1,000,000 workers for not vaccinating against a virus that poses no real threat to them, and those 1,000,000 open positions are eventually filled - is that Biden creating 1,000,000 jobs according to the administration?

If I become your doctor and punch you in both eyes and bust your lip in our first meeting and then 3 months from now claim to be a great doctor because you haven’t had a black eye in 2 months and your lip is almost healed would you thank me and call me a great doctor?

Pretty easy to just make up numbers when the media is in your back pocket.
