Brennan and Clapper are accomplished liars even under oath. They have little fear of perjuring themselves in front of Congress.
What's a Constitutional response when the U.S. is slowly infiltrated by subversive agents? Is the military allowed to get involved to defend against domestic bad actors? Can the bad actors be tried in military tribunals as enemy combatants?
Supreme Court precedent says yes. This is the stuff Jordan needs to start bringing up.

Yep, you can’t say hanging as a punishment on Social media, as it violates Community standards. I’ve been put in time out multiple times for discussing punishment for these bastards. Understand, that it was meant as after the criminal process was adjudicated, but it’s the liberals on these “watch” boards that ban you quickly. America and free speech is gone……

This alone does not equate to treason in the United States, regardless of how seditious and reprehensible said behavior may be.

Maybe in the dictionary, but that’s irrelevant. Other than qualifications for federal office, Treason is just about the only thing the Constitution is specific on:

That bar is not met here. The Treason Clause was not intended to truly define treason for the purpose of prosecution, but moreso prevent the prosecution of political dissidents for “treason” that has been so prevalent in history. There has only been a handful of treason indictments in the last 200 years.
