I think you need to watch the whole video again. His arm goes up with one finger in the air in a manner you would use to get someone’s attention. He does this several times and one time while his arm is going down, her arm happens to be there and they collide.

I can’t stand Acosta but he wasn’t really aggressive toward her. He just didn’t let the mic go and said pardon me. Obviously a pretentious douche as usual but he didn’t attack her
