Jerry Brown: Expect to see Southern California burn up because of climate change

I can promise you any Governor from the southeast US would put a stop to the wildfires through a comprehensive prescribed fire program. Burn those areas off about every 3-5 years, you won't have these fires.

However, the "pragmatist" is simply too stupid to make it happen.
