What a pure Jack-arse, but clever, don't take any responsibility of building sites, government failure and not to mention plain old Arson.

And oh yeah, they have always had fires

Such a sad situation in such a beautiful place. Jerry's a stone liberal, but he's a pragmatist. I wouldn't trust any governor in our region to manage this crisis the way Jerry Brown can.

Could be another case of karma occurring here due to Jerry Brown's ultra liberal policies? After all it happened to Lindsey Vaughn.

I can promise you any Governor from the southeast US would put a stop to the wildfires through a comprehensive prescribed fire program. Burn those areas off about every 3-5 years, you won't have these fires.

However, the "pragmatist" is simply too stupid to make it happen.

California Gov. Jerry Brown, a Democrat, warned Saturday that climate change could bring more wildfires to the state as firefighters continue battling at least six blazes that have spread throughout Southern California.

“We’re facing a new reality in thee state where fires threaten people’s lives, their property, their neighborhoods, and of course billions and billions of dollars,” Brown said during a press conference in Ventura, Calif., Saturday. “We have to have the resources to combat the fires, and we also invest in managing vegetation and forests and all the ways we dwell in this very wonderful place, but a place that’s getting hotter.”

Brown went on to say the changing climate is “going to exacerbate everything else,” and warned California residents can expect to see droughts returning more often.

“With climate change, some scientists are saying Southern California is literally burning up, and burning up as maybe a metaphor or a description not just to the fires right here, but what we can expect over the next years and decades,” Brown said.

Fortunately, most of the population will have fled the outrageous tax burden before the fires get too bad.

Just realized he's about to turn 80. No one that old has business in that office.

I mean, I get what you're saying, but you realize that reagan was like 78 when he left office, and Trump will be too if he wins two terms?

Nero blamed the Christians, is it possible that Christians are responsible for climate change?
