Restaurants curbside is still a go.

But the employees must maintain a 6 foot distance from customers at all times.

Not sure how that will work logistically or how it stops chefs from, you know, touching the food.

But whatever.

I understand where they’re coming from (don’t agree at all).
The public is panicked. Emotional people are loud and irrational.
Irrational people make up social media and are making calls to elected officials. Because they speak up, the “silent majority” is not heard, and the will of the crazy is done.

Stimulus money will not stimulate the economy if everything is closed.

This will cost the massage parlors millions.

honestly, thats every last bit of entertainment left around here. only thing left is public parks which, if we have good weather this weekend, will probably be announced as closed on monday.

eta: i guess golf courses. HP was pretty crowded all day today, walkers only.

Absolutely impossible. I’ve been working all day doing Togo’s and I can tell you that this isn’t happening. Further more I can’t begin to explain the sheer number of idiots calling and asking if we are open for dine in. When I explain no, they want to know why and when did this happen.

Read the comments from your local news FB page.

Basically a bunch of "Please lock us in our houses and put a curfew." And I'm not exaggerating.

It's insanity.

Must have been a female led decision, you know no male politician is shutting down AMP's.

Golf courses are still open thankfully. They apparently tried to shut them down then found a way to open after people started walking the courses without paying.

We own a retail business in Jefferson County. We will not shut down regardless if we are listed or not. Period. It is not legal.

Jefferson County issued a sales tax amnesty for small businesses from Feb until April. The threshold is $60k and below. We don’t qualify.

We make too much money to qualify for the Trump handout.

Atlanta is literally building a corona virus concentration camp for people that can’t self-quarantine. All for a virus outbreak that will end in 80 degree temps which started this week. In three weeks, this will be over.

The whole thing is stupid. I just ordered a pizza and Domino's won't accept cash as a form of payment.

I believe my town is headed to a full blown shutdown outside of grocery stores and pharmacies. I’m not sure where restaurants stand, but it’s spreading because we’re full of idiots that think this virus only sickens white people.
