Or maybe he's right, and LABI and the Insurance companies are FOS.

All that tort reform passed a few years ago; how's that looking for your insurance premiums lately? Hook, line and sinker...

Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Obviously, you don't know that "tort reform" was so watered down at that time as to be useless. Anyone that deals with industry looking to locate in LA, commercial insurance, insurance companies or billboard lawyers knows why we can't have good things. We are constantly being left out of commercial investment because of our total lack of reform and litigious landscape in Louisiana. Great that Gordon is big NIL money, unfortunately it comes out of working people's pockets. Landry is better than what we had, but that bar was so low it doesnt take much.

Hewitt - vowed to appoint DIMs to leadership positions

Yet, Landry cut a deal with Cleo Fields, which gave him a Senate Chairmanship AND his own carved out Congressional district.

Waguespack - Was all in on the lockdowns and vaccines

“LABI has encouraged voluntary vaccinations from the beginning, and that hasn’t changed. I’ve been vaccinated, and I would encourage you and your family to consult with your doctor about getting the shot as well. Getting vaccinated is the quickest way to end this pandemic and keep our communities safe from COVID-19. However, the Biden administration utilizing OSHA to mandate that employers track their employee’s vaccination status is an alarming display of governmental overreach. These rules will place a massive amount of cost, confusion and liability on companies at a time where workers are in short supply, the supply chain is in chaos and Main Street is still recovering from the economic shutdown of 2020. It’s not a private company’s job to be the vaccine police. We strongly urge the administration to swiftly reverse course and instead pursue a more market-based approach to enhance vaccination awareness and utilization.” - then LABI President Stephen Waguespack

Nelson - voted No on overriding JBE vetoes, supports abortion, wanted to increase tort action from 1 year to 2 years on car accidents, offered Back on Track program to release prisoners early,

Schroder - didnt want to eliminate state income tax, defended public school teachers

When did he come out against eliminating the state income tax? Link?
Also, his wife was a public school teacher, but he still voted for the school voucher program and other public school reforms as a legislators. Is speaking up for public school teachers now a bad thing?

He said it couldnt be done
quote:

Of the candidates, Schroder was the most cautious about the income tax elimination conversation, saying it would take a decade or more to wean the state off of that revenue. “How do you replace that much money?” Schroder asked. “It doesn’t happen overnight.”

And about Waguespack, how hard was it to find this press release?
quote:

LABI President and CEO Stephen Waguespack released the following statement regarding the recent uptick in COVID-19 cases and the impact it has on Louisiana’s health and economy.

“Our healthcare members have reported this week that COVID-19 cases are rapidly increasing This troubling trend must be addressed. For these reasons, we recommend compliance with the executive order and urge anyone not yet vaccinated to consult with their doctor about doing so. Getting your vaccine could not only protect yourself and the ones you love, but could also stave off any new economic restrictions by government.

To reinforce this position, we must reiterate how devastating any version of a second pandemic shutdown would be to Louisiana. Our economy is simply too fragile.”

So of all the choices, Landry was the only fraud?

Like?

My biggest problem with Landry was he was always going to side with the lawyers.

He did just that here.
