I hope this is a joke.

You do have a sense of humor. Look, either wake up every morning worrying about the next thing. Or get about doing whatever else you do every day. Maybe all the youngs out there want a socialist country. I had my time. They are having theirs now.

The only ones I hear it from are the GOPe Desantis supporting never Trumpers, who now finally understand where they stand in the Republican party. It was a strategic and brilliant pick by Trump.

They wanted a pick like Haley to have one of their folks inside the bubble. I suppose they already forgot that they stuck Trump with Pence last time and he's learned from that.

No. They wanted at least someone to be able to compete with the diversity card.

Republicans are fricking stupid sometimes. Trump was shooting himself in the foot. JD Vance is an easy target. They would not be able to touch Tim Scott.

You guys are hard headed as hell. And cannot read the room that identity politics for the foreseeable future will play a role. If Kamala wins the election it will be identity politics. JD Vance does absolutely nothing in that aspect.

What do DeSantis supporters say about Vance?

Meatball Ron would have provided a ton of entertainment as the VP candidate.

Are you still going with that bullshite instead of, oh, I don't know, looking at Ron's performance as a governor? I'm all on board the Ron Train after four years of the Trump Express. Desantis is far from a RINO and 98% of his supporters are Trump supporters. This is the only place I see this division between the two camps.

It is a mistake.
Still trump all the way.
But, Vance is a fake Appalachian.
He's had like 3 last names.
Was too stupid to get into college or an ROTC scholarship after high school.

He's a creation of some high powered folks on the Right.

He's basically Republican Obama.

With no genuine opinion, just reading the statement....All that sounds like the description of the antichrist, no? Anybody?

I’m hearing quite a few on the right say this on social media. Can someone explain this?

It’s a combination of several types of people.

1) RINO bitches who weren’t supporting Trump anyway
2) People who were attracted to Trump because of his bluster but don’t like conservatism. And when I say conservatism, I mean real conservatism. Not “let’s lower taxes and hope they don’t put trannies in my kids’ library” conservatism.

That said, the cat lady comment was pretty stupid.

The really stupid comment is this...if he in fact said it:

""I go back and forth between thinking Trump is a cynical a-hole like Nixon who wouldn't be that bad (and might even prove useful) or that he's America's Hitler," he wrote privately to an associate on Facebook in 2016."

Did he actually say it? I don't know. But on the debate stage his opponent will force him to confirm or deny. He'd better be ready.
