Honestly these customers were nicer than me. If this had happened with me, I would've ordered my food, had a few bites and then left without paying.
That way not only would they have not gotten any profit from me, they would've lost money and product. And the server loses their tip. Screw them, go woke, go broke.

If not, this will only increase the stink. Claiming after the fact that it was a “misunderstanding” because the floor staff was overwhelmed is one thing. Falsely stating that Vance was welcomed back in to meet with supporters is another thing altogether.

If this is true, Primanti has a very small window of opportunity to correct the damage coming to their brand.
If this indeed was a “misunderstanding”, they need to fire the bitch and make the announcement publicly.

Wait… if people were there to see Vance, why was the restaurant claiming to be surprised when Vance showed up?!? Why did they threaten to call the cops on him if there were cops with him? Something doesn’t add up; this sounds like cya bullshite (edit: by the restaurant).

Multiple videos and one with Vance being classy about it outside saying maybe the lady just got nervous or something and also saying that he paid some bills with the No Tax On Tips tagline tells me that for sure someone working there did not want him inside that restaurant with multiple claiming that they would call the cops on him
