So if you take 5 lbs of muscle and compared it to 5lbs of fat, the fat has more volume. they weigh the same, but muscle is more dense so there will be actually less of it.

I think the biggest difference with a great athlete was Shaquille O'Neal. Watching his videos from LSU he looks almost 100 pounds lighter than when he retired from the NBA.

I don’t watch any football, college or pro. My word as a Christian, I can’t tell you who won the national championship or the Super Bowl last year. I cannot name a single top player in either college or pro. It doesn’t interest me.
I also don’t watch any basketball, baseball, or hockey. So know nothing about the teams or players. It doesn’t interest me.
I watch a lot of soccer and I watch a decent amount of tennis.
I played a fair amount of sports in my youth. Varsity football (cb), basketball (g), ran track (50, 100, 400, 1500). Recreational tennis and soccer. I still play some tennis and soccer.
