The song has been out since May and wasn't charting to reach number 1 until the left cried about it. Streisand effect in full swing

FWIW I think his music is lowbrow bro/pop country so this is not an endorsement.

Am I crazy or wasn't Aldean anti-Trump at one point?

I really only listen to jazz and edm so I have no idea other than what breaks through to political news.

I don't like him but the meaning of the song is good and the video is even better. It uses actual news footage yet the left is calling it racist. It's quite amazing how actual news footage is racist.

The song is pretty corny but I love it’s giving them the red arse. Music video is on point.

Yeah this song isn't even new but now is getting massive attention because left wing cry babies suddenly think its racist

The song never even mentions race seems pretty racist of those calling it racist to assume that black folks are the only people who do those things mentioned in the song

Great marketing, after the Vegas shooting some turned on him about his statements on guns, he should be back to the baw status, now…

The Streisand Effect is a bitch, much like Babs herself.

I don't like Aldean. I don't like modern country at all.

But the left is finna make him even more popular than ever, by going at him like they are. And I respect his right to say whatever he wants in his music like everyone else.

If rappers can openly sing about killing other "n***as" and cops and women in every line of every "song" and that's ok, then why can't Aldean spew a little innuendo?

I loathe country music. It's just pandering media for the idiot masses.

FWIW, i have no idea what this song is about but i'm assuming it's a song about "country, guns, my daddy, trucks, beer".

Well that’s why he’s being attacked.

Same media Globalists have been attacking Wahlberg and Rogan for merely saying hello during the last MMA show.

And it’s always Globalists. ALWAYS.

The idea lurking under whatever form of Art is created and offered can be more powerful than the relative talent, skill or originality of said artist. Lesser or less popular artist can create clichéd works all day long, with their cultural finger in the air of societal change, but a timely, unique, bold and powerful message can take off like a rocket. Seems that is the case here.

I've always liked Aldeans music. He and his wife have been criticized before for their conservative beliefs and stance.
I attended one of his concerts a few years ago, he puts on a great show.
