I’ve come to realize the older “moderate” democrats like Carville are latching on to any dim hope they have. Much like the “big guy” in the White House.
Go look at their comments from years ago compared to now. They change theirs tunes…..not cause it’s what they believe, but it’s what keeps them relevant or in power

Generally speaking, outside of it's athletic department LSU is kind of a shame because we produce people like him and David duke.. Politically, academically.... It's just a kind of shitty state. A lot of backwater good ole boy ignorance still around and in power; and LSU, at least generally, is just a representation of the state. The best thing LSU will always have going for it is it's presence athletically. If it loses that it loses everything.
