The NFL doesn’t really care about any of that. If he were a first round qb, he would have been drafted last night. He’s a mediocre talent with the ultimate helicopter dad micromanaging his career. Too much of a headache for too little roi.

The Browns have the 1st and 4th pick of the 2nd round with Houston and and Tennessee between those 2 picks. It's conceivable that they don't pick him as 33 and take him at 36. Houston and Tennessee obviously aren't taking a QB.
