The money should be put on a prepaid card and it's required that all receipts are saved and turned in to remain eligible.
I guarantee that shite is spent on dumb bullshite. I'm so sick and fricking tired of these leeches. I work forty hours a week and travel and a lot of times work weekends. I get by okay and lead an okay life. I spend too much eating out and drinking but I still get by with no help. I could save more by cutting out cheap beer and all but even still I wouldn't save much. I'm a few hundred dollars away from literally paycheck to paycheck. frick these no good motherfrickers who purposely don't work to get more welfare and whatever else. I don't get shite and don't want shite.

I don't disagree. I'll probably get my family out of here when my daughter is done with school in 7 years. Most states in the deep South will be done in a few generations. Idaho and Montana are looking better and better. I don't even mind the cold.
