I remember how aghast the democrates were following the discovery of several plumbers going through the waste baskets at the DNC Watergate. What Smith did at the request of Biden was a thousand thousand times worse. It's not just a Smith problem , its total disrespect of the law and elections by the democrates , all 78 million of them. Banning a political party may seem extreme in Europe, but the democrates far exceeded the threshold.

This a-hole is in here saying he believes it's ok for prosecutors and the government to run roughshod over people's civil liberties so long as they eventually drop their case.

All valid points. They framed Nixon, forced him to resign because JFKing him was too soon.
With Trump they tried to Nixon him out and tried to JFK him, but failed.
The thing is that they dont see they broke the law because anything goes. They see the coup is righteous. The GOP want MAGA dead with the democrats.
Name a soul that would still be standing after all the assassination attempts. Impeachments and the FBI raid of his home. The reason why no one has seen a jail cell is because the Republicans are complicit.
Look at all the masks off. Bannon, Flynn, Carlson, and so on...Trump is surrounded. They will stop at nothing to keep the great reset. Will they make MAGA dead before all the tentacles are cut from the beast, with the beasts head?

Whoa whoa whoa. That's a completely separate situation and discussion. If you want to argue that the government should be prohibited from engaging in this behavior for all criminals, then I'm down for it and agree.
