No. If he gets charged there will be a lot more than this letter preceding it, to discuss, and that will be the relevant portion to "look back on", so to say, and not this irrelevancy.

Trump sure knows how pick his lawyers, work for him at your peril.

• Rudy Giuliani:
o Georgia Election Interference Case: Indicted in Fulton County, Georgia, alongside Trump and others, for a "criminal enterprise" to overturn the 2020 election.
o Arizona Fake Electors Case: Indicted for his involvement in an alleged scheme to submit fake electoral votes in Arizona.
• John Eastman:
o Georgia Election Interference Case: Indicted with Giuliani and others in the Fulton County, Georgia, case.
o Arizona Fake Electors Case: Indicted for his alleged role in the Arizona fake elector scheme.
o Unnamed Co-Conspirator: A federal special counsel referred to Eastman as an unnamed co-conspirator in the January 6 indictment against Trump.
• Jeffrey Clark:
o Georgia Election Interference Case: Indicted in Georgia's election interference case.
o Unnamed Co-Conspirator: A federal special counsel also referred to Clark as an unnamed co-conspirator in the January 6 indictment.
• Kenneth Chesebro: Indicted in the Georgia election interference case and pleaded guilty in October 2023 to one felony count of conspiracy to commit filing false documents.
• Sidney Powell: Indicted in the Georgia election interference case and pleaded guilty in October 2023 to six misdemeanor counts related to intentional interference with election duties.
• Jenna Ellis: Indicted in the Georgia election interference case and pleaded guilty in October 2023 to one felony charge of aiding and abetting false statements.
Professional discipline
Multiple lawyers have faced sanctions or disciplinary action from state bar associations for their conduct following the 2020 election.
• Rudy Giuliani: Has been disbarred in both New York and Washington, D.C., for repeatedly making false and misleading statements about the 2020 election.
• Jeffrey Clark: In July 2025, a Washington, D.C., disciplinary board recommended that Clark lose his law license for his role in trying to pressure the Justice Department to overturn the 2020 election. His license was automatically suspended, pending a final decision by the D.C. Court of Appeals.
• John Eastman: Disciplinary proceedings are underway in California, where a judge has already recommended his disbarment.
• Sidney Powell: Faced disciplinary action in Texas over her election lawsuits. In January 2025, a Texas appeals court sided with Powell, blocking an effort by the state bar to impose sanctions. However, in October 2024, the Texas Board of Disciplinary Appeals agreed to hold a hearing on whether to discipline Powell following her guilty plea in Georgia.
• Jenna Ellis: Was censured by the Colorado Bar for misrepresentations she made about the 2020 election.
Court sanctions
Some Trump lawyers have been ordered to pay financial penalties by courts that found they filed frivolous lawsuits.
• Alina Habba: Was ordered to pay more than $938,000 in sanctions in 2023 for filing a "frivolous" lawsuit on Trump's behalf against Hillary Clinton and others.
• Rudy Giuliani: A jury ordered him to pay over $148 million to two Georgia election workers for defamation in 2023. Giuliani filed for bankruptcy following the verdict.
• Other Attorneys: Several attorneys who filed lawsuits in Michigan challenging the 2020 election, including Sidney Powell, have been sanctioned.

Remind me again how that worked out for the left. All that lawfare against Trump is why they are still dealing with him now. Dumbasses could be finished with him already and he’s still around again as president, lol. His term they cheated him out of should be done.

Chew on this Counselor. Smith is just more proof that the Law should not be considered an honorable profession. Every time there's a trial of any kind someone's lying.

The problem with you vultures is the supply far exceeds the need. The solution? Shut down every single law school in the country until attrition brings the numbers down to a realistic level.

There is some irony in that comment to this story.

Yeah - only one side is allowed to act on that - the other side has to just ride out the storm and stay above the fray - right?

I didn't read your whole screed but a casual examination reveals that you mostly listed the lowlights of the massive lawfare conducted against Trump and anyone who actually tried to do the right thing within the bounds of 'the law'

The 2020 election was the most corrupt in my lifetime - and I go back to having cognizance of Truman's election.

Anyone who insists the 2020 election was 'secure and fair' is either a babbling idiot or a worthless liar.

Whether or not the criminal activity was enough to have changed the result is an open question - and the fact that the 'winning' side of that election treats any examination of its sanctity as if we were trying to put two bullets in the heads of their children actually tells you all you need to know about the ACTUAL veracity of that election result.

No sane & moral person thinks that the result was above having a forensic examination of its conduct.

HOWEVER - the fact that we actually survived that sedition may have been the slap in the face the moral population of the USA needed to knock them out of their stupor.

We are now way more intolerant of impending Democrat evil - and are beginning to push back at local levels.

Watching the Democrats trying to fight back would be funny if it were not such evil bullshite.

They do not have ONE factually accurate accusation nor ONE recommendation for improvement - EVERYTHING they propose is to return to their heyday of corruption signified by the 'biden' administration.

In a way, I pity biden - for he will be forever enshrined in the history books (if true history is allowed to progress and the jury is still out on that prospect) But in actuallality he was nothing but the figurehead - a bumbling stumbling idiot paraded out on the public stage in a lewd demonstration of the true evil driving the Democrat machine.

clocking in with more proof that lawyers are scum, thanks

They have the legal system rigged so people "need" them. 3/4 of their "ethics" rules pertain to making sure they charge enough money so that nobody ruins the scam for everybody else.

This is the perfect example of why it is useless to try to discuss anything with this they:

quote:

No. If he gets charged there will be a lot more than this letter preceding i

Meaning…..it is a process. But I don’t want to admit to that. Even though I claim to be an attorney.

quote:

that will be the relevant portion to "look back on", so to say, and not this irrelevancy.

Meaning…”even if I am wrong…I will never admit to it.”

What an absolute clown.
