Except he didn't actually do any of that. In my home state (a very conservative one), possession of a weapon during the actual commission of a violent crime carries a maximum five year sentence. We've reached a point where the federal judiciary is simply a means to lock up conservatives for draconian amounts of time. But go ahead and convince yourself this is anything other than political persecution.

Just read the NBC article. It focuses more on his divergent political views than what he actually did on January 6th. That's why he's being punished to the degree he is.

My opinion is that it was faked (her shooting) but she might be dead, I think that maybe she was taken out before the j6 protests. Then they did the fake shooting to gas light the people.
