Also hilarious that being responsible and taking a vaccine that Trump helped pushed through and endorsed makes you a “leftist”

Why do you want Trump’s vaccine to fail?

Trump also said no one should be forced to take it.

So why are you literally shitting on the freedoms of others?

Take the vaccine and get a booster every 3 months and stop worrying about everyone else.

And your 89% was 98% two weeks ago.

I do worry about it when hospitals are clogged and elective procedures are paused

I have an appointment with the NP that I see at a prevention center ... she knows my health status adn the two conversations we've had, well, I've at this point chosen to remain unvaccinated. She knows my health issues ... no one here does.

I plan to ask at my next appointment in September what she's been doing rx wise for her patients.

We have used hcq , z-pac, vitamins c and d for treatment of wuhu flu successively. Border town sourced.

For a really complete facial peel, 5FU face cream did great. For recurrent facial skin cancer, doctor prescribed the 5FU. Applied twice a day for about 3 weeks, or until the burning pain is too much to continue. After healing, face was smooth as a babies butt.

She did say that bc of the effect Covid has had in the black community, she thinks there must be a genetic component. I frankly think so too - and I think it has something to do with Vit D deficiency.

Early in the pandemic last year I learned that COIVD needs the angiotensin protein on the cell wall to enter the cell. While researching this I came across a study of angiotensin concentration by race. Asian by far have the highest concentrations of angiotensin. European and people of European descent have the lowest concentration. AA fell below the Asian demo. Higher levels of angiotensin is probably a contributing factor to higher rates of COVID in the AA community.

Obesity is obviously another contributing factor in the AA community. The AA community has the highest rates of obesity in the U.S. LINK

In terms of vitamin D, darker skin is less efficient at vitamin D production than lighter skin. Of course lighter skin cannot handle exposure to the sun as long as darker skin.

Another point, on melatonin. Melatonin is made by the pineal gland that is stimulated from sunlight into our eyes. You know why you feel tired after a day at the beach and all you did was lay around on a beach towel? Yeah, melatonin.

They should get the vaccine.

Let's cut the the chase...the entire issue is forcing people to take the vaccine versus some other carrot or stick.

Good move, to obtain a dermatology residency, you have to finish number one in med school and then be good enough to find a spot in a very small number of derm residency programs. They are the smartest docs and prescribe HCQ all the time for certain skin conditions. They are the top of the food chain in medicine. Because it is so competitive they all look pretty damn good to (females).

Are you applying for a job with msm, prove what you claim. I know you saw a doctor on Facebook/Tik Tok posting about it.

dermatology is one of the most selective specialities, so there are a lot of really smart dermatologists. I would trust yours over most jackleg docs out there.

I agree with this point totally. One of my best friends from HS is a dermatologist and I remember how competitive her residency was to get into. She is extremely bright and the only reason she isn’t my dermatologist is bc we don’t live in the same city.

Plus- it’s amazing how much our skin, hair and nails can tell us about our general state of health.

Talked to my MD 2 weeks ago. He has treated with ivermec and hcq. He said the ivermec seemed to work much better than hcq for his patients. He didnt know if it was just luck of the draw or what, but ones he treated with ivermec recovered much faster.
My dermatologist quit prescribing HCQ and is now prescribing Ivermectin for the same reason.

I didn’t realize dermatologists were the smartest Drs.They don’t come to ICU and I’ve never needed to see one.Nephrologists were a group that I was impressed with.
In my ICU career,I figured out that a lot of Drs.are not that smart. There are some that are brilliant to be sure but a lot of them are just able to regurgitate what they learn in medical school.I did notice that they mostly all seem to have very good memories,They have to remember dosages of lots of different drugs, normal and abnormal lab result, etc.
Any thing out of the ordinary and they were stumped.
I did appreciate the one’s that would get a consultation quickly. Some of them were too proud and would treat the pt. for this and that and not consult a smarter Dr. until the patient was almost dead.
