So what happens when the tide turns towards these Professors? Why are they protected?

Remind me again who won the 2024 presidential election and who currently runs the DOJ.

You want the DOJ prosecuting incitement? You don’t think state laws would be much more likely to get a conviction? You do know the difference, right?

That's why I will always be repeating myself around here: The USA has no defense against this kind of Radical Bolshevism. Whatever defense the USA once had against Violent Bolshevism has been voluntarily dismantled and decommissioned.

And we already know what will happen if we try to take this fight against Bolshevism to our US Judicial System - we know how that would work, because we know that the US Judicial System is the second American institution that the Left conquered. The FIRST American institution conquered by the Left was the US Educational system.

So, we have no defense against this. If that ICE agent is attacked and tries to defend himself in California, he might find that the Police and Criminal Justice system will support his attacker.

Thanks for posting this because it is a good illustration of our defenselessness.

. If there is a violation of federal law, absolutely. And the DOJ’s office doesn’t need to get directly involved, the US Attorney’s office for that district would be more appropriate.

I most definitely would not! Furthermore, I don’t have any confidence that the local District Attorney in that part of CA would even consider taking the case.

I’m all too familiar with the difference between state and federal prosecution.

Why do colleges or universities still grant tenure? Especially to non-STEM professors.

Are you familiar with the precedent of incitement in federal courts? You aware of the circumstances required for a conviction? Then you would know why state laws are much more likely to be successful in achieving conviction.

That may be true…but you’re not familiar with incitement differences…clearly. You a state or federal prosecutor? Has to be state.

What could a smart, ambitious, scheming, conniving lawyer do in Civil court? Knowing what the professor has said and this ticktok blast, any predatory notices or letters to be sent to any potential defendant, and I mean anyone. Be a big stink pot from the Board of Regents to the janitor. Drag them all to court, big nuisance style.

All these woke faux revolutionary "protesters" and agitators are being protected. It's the only reason they are getting away with the bullshite they have been getting away with. They can literally get away with murder but if law abiding patriotic citizens tired of their violence and terrorism fight back, we'll have the book thrown at us and be locked under the jail.

Once that protection ends, or we no longer care about the ruling elite's consequences, they are fricked.

It's beyond time for that big divorce that so many of us talk about.

She's a black female Muslim living in California. She's a total POS, but she's about as well-protected as a scumbag piece of trash can possibly be.

And she KNOWS it.
