an IV would NOT be placed on the wrist at that location. it would be on the top of the hand or in the "nurse vein" on the top of the wrist. unless it's a very long tube running down the forearm.

I can't tell where the specific entry point is if that's an IV because the suit is covering it up but that is not where any IV would be placed.

1. The cross on a rosary is flat on the bottom end.
