Mine folds in half and fits in a backpack. A handful of 22 and another handful of 410 can keep me fed if my vehicle breaks down out in the wilds and I need to walk out.
Carried it everywhere I went when I lived in Utah. I would fly fish mountain lakes all the time. 10mm pistol on chest rig for bear/moose/cougar and the combo gun in a backpack in case I had mechanical trouble and had to walk out.

That is very very handy. Most definitely better than having it strapped to the backpack like other rifles, or slung where it bounces around all over the place and catches on branches.
Haha as they say, 10 mil for the woods, 9 mil for the hoods
We don't have bears. So my woods pistol is usually an HK .40 or a S&W 357. Both drop leg.
Good idea being prepared for a walk out if there's car trouble. Wish more people prepared for that

It's not really complicated. The really shitty people are outfricking the decent people. Meanwhile Western women have lost their fricking minds and decided to not procreate. Because somehow the idiots have been convinced that white men are the biggest danger to them.

Do you know how many guns are in the US? They couldn’t get all the weapons out of the caves in the Middle East. You think they will confiscate the entire populace? You aren’t conservative. You’re like trillionaire. You’re one of the DSA trying to tell “conservatives” what to do.
