How about naming names Fox News?

The group’s main financial backer was railroad executive Charles McHaffie, a long-time Filner supporter, who donated $25,000 as the PAC’s sole contributor. Almost all of those involved in the committee had contributed to Filner’s mayoral or congressional campaigns in the past.

Should have I included the words non conservative gay, women and black organizations? Honestly, I just figured my point was too obvious to miss. my mistake.
Your point was pointless. There are plenty of black, women, and gay groups that don't support liberalism.

We just haven't heard from the majority of them because they're afraid to speak up.

What you fail to grasp are these groups who supposedly support LGBT people...arent supporting this man because he doesnt support their politics.
Wanna bet they have tax exempt status too?

Why ask Fox news to name names when “ Deep Throat ” was allowed to remain in the dark ?
Come on now.
Come on now.

BTW found this interesting about Filner who beat DeMaio in the aforementioned race:
quote:
Filner resigned less than a year after taking office amid multiple allegations of sexual harassment.[3] He later pleaded guilty to state charges of false imprisonment and battery.

Good lord man, tell me you're not this obtuse. The point being made is that liberal, non conservative, groups are more concerned with liberalism than they are with the advocacy of their kind.
I'll try to recall you require additional clarification in the future.

What groups? This one particular group who attacked him in the first place?
And I don't think any group should have tax exempt status in this country.

We are talking about one group here. He made a blanket statement regarding all gay, women, and black groups and that was ignorant.
And issues aren't as black and white as you make them out to be. Log Cabin Republicans, for example, are going to support a straight republican over a gay democrat more likely than not.

He is being obtuse on purpose because he doesn't want to accept the truth
Like the time the NAACP gave Harry Reid a pass for some off handed remark about Obama being a light skinned negro, because "Harry Reid has a track record of being a civil rights champion"

There was no "truth" in the statement I rebutted. It was an overgeneralization that sounded extremely ignorant.

The groups being discussed arent Liberal or Repub groups. They're GAY GROUPS.
good lord, you're an idiot.

I would have assumed, my fault, that the intent to identify liberal groups was understood by most here. The usage of the word liberalism was intended to be your clue. It was not intended to included conservative advocacy groups. Again, the word liberalism was your clue.
Again, I will try to remember you need things explained a bit more fully then others here.

well I don't like that line of attack, the article is relatively hackish.
An anonymous group funded the attacks, not some LGBT group. Now it could be LGBT, but they could be someone else entirely.

I think you're right. No one could have missed the intended point unless it was intentional.

Lol your statement said all gay groups, black groups, women groups supported liberalism. All I was doing was clarifying.
