That’s my point. People like to tell tales of that one time or that one week when they were in college or something to that effect. But as a standard practice, nobody’s working that much who is also on food stamps.

When I was in the Navy an 18 hour day was the MINIMUM that I worked while at sea.
20 hour days were not uncommon.
When we did our 30 day stretch, life was brutal.

Geez...who thought that person would be ideal to represent the needy poor folk? The "blind leading the blind" apparently. They should have asked her if she thinks it's right and moral for others to have to work in order to feed and take care of her basic needs, while she does not work.
Sad for all involved. I think even basic Communism requires all people to work. Crazy.
