As long as women have a pussy and it feels good when there is a pecker stuck inside if it, they are gonna frick. A side effect of fricking is babies.
So, we as a society give out as much free birth control as we can, I'm talking about having bowls of it on the street corners, and install express lanes at the local planned parenthood. Hopefully, this keeps my future legitimate child in a world where they aren't surrounded or influenced by fat arse green haired nose pierced keyboard samurai at every turn.

Others have a differing worldview. Funding abortions is a legislative matter (I.e. Not the President's). Until you can convince enough people to elect representatives that share your worldview then the opposing worldview will rule. It's just how representative democracy works.
