(Because getting it invented and cranked up for production isn't that hard a thing to do. Or something.)
The shot was never intended to be used by EVERYONE. It was a stopgap measure until we found an actual vaccine. 5-10 years down the road.

While raccoon dogs in the wild are not completely solitary, they are not social animals. They lead far more solitary lives compared with other canids like wolves or coyotes.
So to reiterate, there's not a chance in hell Raccoon Dogs were a natural CV19 vector.
