Ratcliffe: The CIA gives you the phone with the app already on it.

Democrat: Hasn't the CIA said this app isn't safe?

The key tell for me was Hillary's X post was on this like white on rice. She had to turn off comments.

Warner almost suffered a stroke with tremored hands calling them treasonous.

Yep. Trump has played this masterfully. We know who the rat is now.

It would be pretty easy to see who added him to that chat.

seems like a bad way of leaking information for a rat.

again, why is a staffer on a need to know with the VP/SECDEF/NSA?

That's the question I have. The "low level staffer" story just doesn't make sense to me. But if I can get an answer to the question I posted on the 1st page of this thread maybe I can make sense of it.

Can someone please tell me if Signal group chats have a moderator that handles and approves all invites and approves people to join group chats. Or can anyone already in a group chat send out an invite and approve their invitee?

Anybody can add members to a group. Everyone in a group can also easily see the other members of the group at any moment.

ETA: I just tapped "add member" in a group I'm in and all of my phone contacts came up for me to choose who I wanted to add.

One innocent, though incompetent, way this could have happened was that the wrong "JG" got populated from someone's contact list.

This is not unlike situations I've seen in work settings where, on extended email threads, someone along the way did not check to see if an external party was on the thread and the conversation morphed through "replying to all" into internal discussions that should not have been shared externally, or even about the external party themselves. Or some header like "INTERNAL DISTRIBUTION ONLY" or "PRIVELDGED" used.

Large organizations have policies about communications media and employees are expected to know them and follow them. Failure to do so can lead to termination.

Planted or not, common sense, and security protocols, would necessitate you look to see who's on a thread before communicating. Someone should have noticed and external party an ceased the communications.

Love your melt. This is what happens when amateurs who have never held an advanced Security clearance, nor have worked or operated in that world at high levels get gifts.....they end up texting conversations that you shouldn't text....even on a "secure encrypted " platform like Signal

If Retard Finder from X was on this board, I'm certain you'd have already been discovered.

This seems like what most likely happened.

Okay, so anyone can send out an invite (a terrible idea considering the topics being covered). But who approves the invitation? Goldberg mentions that he accepted the invite and he received notice 2 days later that he was accepted. I would assume there is a moderator overseeing that.

That makes sense to me on the face of it. But with identities largely being shown as initials that can lead to confusion if you have a few people with the same initials.

Conversations like this should be in person or on a secured land line at the very least. Not on your cell phone.

agreed. this kind of operation should have been the key players in a room with each other.

Probably the same staffer who sent out the invite, he would need to verify everyone got the invite and responded.

Which also means he would have to have literally doubling fcked up and approved goldinsky.

You people are really really stretching to make excuses for the guy.

This staffer needs to be given the democrat whistle blower treatment. Ruin he and his family, and hang him from the entrance of the port for all to see how we deal with traitors.

I think this happened a while back, so the so called New Reporter (really a Dem op) coordinates with Dems on this committee and gives them a heads up then releases this one day before the hearing. Also, Goldberg lied, or exaggerated, there were no War Plans discussed, there was a back and fourth debate on possible actions, which by definition can not be CONCRETE WAR PLANS.

And guess who put the apps on the phones? The CIA. This is nothing but another Vindman and/or Flynn type CIA hit by an inside person with TDS. Troy Black prophesied a RAT would be exposed a couple months back. He also said Trump would lose his Right Hand Man at the 18 month mark.

The thing is, they were not discussing anything on the low side that was classified, they knew if they started discussing classified info they had to move to the High Side (whatever that means.......maybe higher security banks on the app) so that throws cold water on this made up fire.

Meanwhile Biden and the Dems let these thugs control the shipping lanes for 4 years and Trump starts knocking their butts off, and he's the problem, LOL. This was a set up by the CIA and when they find the deep state hack who linked Goldberg into the app, I hope they also arrest Goldberg.
