Well obstruction of justice

How many times are you going to come here... say “obstruction!!!!”... and leave embarrassed? How many times?

How many times does it take to see you are continually misled?

Who has been right on this board for 2 years and who has been wrong?

Why do you submit yourself to this humiliation and then keep following who caused you to be humiliated?

Kinda like strong arming another country’s prosecutor to get fired to keep your son and his company from being investigated by withholding a billion or so dollars in aid.

No evidence exists that matches this assertion. In fact, the US, EU and IMF all wanted the prosecutor fired for NOT prosecuting corruption.

Honest question, do you take prescribed medicine for your obsession with Donald trump?

This isn't healthy.

The irony of this coming from a cult which calls him God Emperor is just beyond belief.

A source close to the whistleblower's legal team pushed back strongly against the assertion that the intelligence Community's Inspector General would accept "third-hand disclosures" and that what the official "outlined about lack of personal knowledge and not within their course of work seems like the beginning of a smear by those trying to discredit the whistleblower."
The actual lawyer for the whistleblower gave a “no comment” answer to that question.

I don’t believe a “source close to the whistleblower’s legal team”.

The whistleblower’s lawyer wouldn’t have said “no comment” had that been the case.

He has no reason to not answer that question.

It impacts nothing.

So can anyone answer why he sent an extra $140 Mil above what congress approved?

Because, while on the phone, he whispered "Get Biden and you'll get extra", not knowing that the whistleblower would hear him. He whispered it 8 times. "Get Biden and there's an extra $140 mill in it for you." Only he didn't count on the whistleblower using a SonicEar SuperEar® to listen in.

Well if he does down, Biden better go down with him.

But I don't think Trump is going down.

Impeachment for hearsay?

That will be interesting.

And even if what was said is 100% accurate, where exactly is the high crime or misdemeanor?

Serious question since you believe he is guilty and you want impeachment...

3 Scenarios:

1)Impeachment proceedings proceed but the House does not get the votes
2)The House impeaches him but the Senate does not.
3)Both the House and the Senate vote to impeach. Pence is sworn in.

Does #1 help or hurt your cause?
Does #2 help or hurt your cause?
Does #3 help or hurt your cause?

I will be interested to see if you answer my questions or if you deflect and move the goal posts like usual.

Well obstruction of justice which prevents the production of said evidence is itself evidence of the crime of obstruction of justice.

Due Process refutes that until a charge of Obstruction has been proven in a court of law.

So until that time all your "obstruction" claims are as substantive and solid as pixie dust and unicorn farts.
