Good. He should be adversarial toward Cantrell. She definitely is to him, and they do everything they can to antagonize most of the people in this state.

Now, when is he going to shitcan Tate?

I heard Landry just added Mary Patricia Wray to his team.

She is a social justice warrior that helped get John Bel Edwards elected and represents teachers unions. lol

Well, New Orleans is mostly black so they should have proper representation.

But what does that look like? Do you qualify just because you’re black? Do you qualify just because you’re white?

Race shouldn’t matter when picking a committee but I would hope his committee ends up having many members who are black and many members of all races to represent NO.

How many white members does the destroyer have on her team or put into positions? It’s ok for one side but not the other?

One would hope that the most qualified people with conservative ideals would be on this committee - since the elected governor is a Republican he should form committees that reflect Republican views. Dems do it everywhere they control. Besides, its important for the entire state of Louisiana to turn New Orleans around - to save NO from itself. Democrats/liberals have proven they can't/won't do it. In fact, they seem hell bent on destroying the city. The state needs to step in as much as they can.

The vast majority of the members are White, though a majority of the city's residents are Black. Just six of the committee's 27 members are women.

And what has the majority black population done with the city of New Orleans?

Made it a shite hole.

They were very, very close.

But I’ll hold judgement. The entire transition process is nothing but a PR exercise. Let’s see what happens at the Insurance special session next year. We’ll know what kind of conservative Landry is after that.

Possibly. we may never know. Their might have been people here before they arrived from Siberia

Everyone colonizes.

Even the natives came from somewhere else.

He doesn’t have Chinese, Japanese, Latino’s or Indians either.

Does Landry believe that white people are superior to all other races? Doubt it.
Does he believe black people are inferior? Doubt it.

He just isn’t interested in hiring people from Latoya’s team.
They’re corrupt and Landry knows it. He also knows that she’s being investigated by the Feds.

Otherwise, hiring people just for the color of their skin is racist. Biden did that on picking his vp.

Landry is hiring based on who supported him and their qualifications.

WRONG RESPONSE. Stop being dumb about this.

Simply say "we do not consider race". the end.

Or, and follow me here a moment, you can suck a dick.

Wasn't anyone doing anything with it before we got here besides slaughtering one another. It's much better off.

On a related note, did anyone notice that in several articles/opinion pieces in the TP, including the front page article about Landry’s committee, the word White was capitalized? Is this a new AP style thing?
