I agree. Specifically with China. I don’t think policies and politicians should be situated to benefit foreign nations.
I’m also of the belief that Gaza/ Hamas does it as well. But if you don’t think having VR experiences of Oct 7 is bizarre we just won’t ever see eye to eye.

I think they have gotten out of us what they needed. They now have a cease fire that defangs Hamas. Gaza will be ruled by friendly Arabs, and the Palestinian movement is reviled across the Arab world. Most Arab countries are too busy making money to worry about Palestinians, and they mainly just don’t want the Palestinians to screw it all up. Iran is broken; Russia is broken. It’s a very nice picture right now for Israel.

You asked for examples of dodging and conflating. They were given to you and now you want to keep drifting away from things you can’t defend. You might think it’s clever but reframing to deflect and redirect isn’t some new discovery. People have been using subversive argumentative tactics forever.

They aren’t hiding it? They’ve been at it almost a month. It just came up today. And I think it’s absolutely bizarre to put Christians in a mobile van and have them put VR goggles on to have an Oct 7 “experience”
