I think the other poster just confused hamas and hezbollah. Israel created Hamas to counter the PLO. This is common knowledge to anyone without a blind spot for Israel. Israel has also been caught numerous times providing support to hamas. You'll have to look outside the American media and power brokers to find the stories.
On a side note, I wouldn't trust the CFR for anything, particularly when it comes to Israel. Both groups are prominent assets of the globalists.
