For them to have this video is at least some confirmation that ISIS was indeed involved. It doesn't answer all the questions but here it is

I have never seen sparks shoot out of a gun barrel in good daylight. Something is fishy with that video.

I think it's just unburnt powder and cheap arse steel case ammo. It's consistent with the videos taken at a distance

The shooters could have flown to the United States, been put on trial, and openly admitted/bragged about committing the acts, and a plurality of this board would still insist that it’s a joint Ukrainian/CIA operation.
