It sure looks like Trump is anointing DeSantis.

His endorsement of Rubio threw me for a loop. But it seems as if DeSantis and Rubio are close in Florida politics?
It would be real hard to not endorse Rubio. Rubio probably made a deal with Trump. It is how it all rolls...

Trump deserves a lot of accolades but let's get real he pulled the curtain back and exposed the cancer then DC removed the chemo-Trump.

DeSantis calls out the media just fine as Governor, but the Presidency is a whole different ball game. He puts off a bad vibe. I also wonder when the Bush's will drag out Jeb's son. He has been waiting in the wings.

Desantis/Trump jr makes the most sense to me, that solidifies the base and grooms Jr, it doesn’t make sense to make enemies when your out of power, but once you get back in, then burn the McConnells down

So, Ron is America’s Governor, much like Rudy was America’s Mayor back in the day.
No one has stood up to the shamdemic nonsense better than DeSantis
I’m inclined to give the guy a look, and failing to endorse Rudy is not the way to keep a Republican Senate or a Republican Florida
I can see myself voting for a Ron again...

The media basically edited his quote and tried to put a hit piece on him. He has every right to call out their shenanigans full throttle. We have a POTUS right now who responds with “Come on, man” when cornered. I’m sure whatever DeSantis responds with wouldn’t be too much worse. Plus, he has the numbers to back up the job he is doing as Governor in a swing state.

Yes he needs to do this. Baring an actual massive and true scandal or rigging on the likes we’ve never seen, he will win. Sometimes you don’t choose history, history chooses you, and Ron DeSantis is one of these extremely rare and exceptional human beings in history. Trump wasn’t one of them. Last world leader I think who truly met my extremely high standard of this was Winston Churchill, but I think DeSantis may be one of those Gods amongst giants. The moment DeSantis wins re-election in Florida in 2022, have Trump endorse him, and DeSantis announce his running. Not even sure if anyone save for a Lincoln Project endorsed hack would run against him. We’re in an emergency because there’s at least a 50/50 chance by the time of the next election China will be ruling Taiwan and Russia will be ruling Ukraine.

The Vice Presidency is an absolutely worthless position unless the President dies or the President is an idiot sap like W was. I’d rather DeSantis to remain governor of Florida than the VP. No, stop sucking off Trump and look around you. He’s the only choice for President. Seriously, there’s a very high likelihood that come 2024 there will be a Russia occupied Ukraine and a China occupied China. We can’t frick around here when that’s on the table. Trump’s way to toxic for a large portion of voters. DeSantis simply isn’t.
