Poor people can’t prevent themselves from having children they can’t afford?
One of the biggest ills of the poor community is having children young and out of wedlock. How can’t they control that? If they stopped having kids out of wedlock and before they can afford them, many and more of their problems would completely disappear.

Are you suggesting that people today are the exact same as people in the 60s? I don’t think anyone has argued that racism never existed. But just like unions, affirmative action isn’t needed anymore, and is simply a racist carry over that the left uses to ensure the black vote. “Vote for me because the right is going to take away your handouts”. That’s how you phrase it. When it actuality, it is “educate yourself, and realize who gives you a greater chance for personal achievement without impediment from the government. Empower yourself and true equality is realized”. But, that won’t get you the victim vote.
