No.

They pointed shotguns at kids at birthday party. It doesn't matter what race or religion the kids were

Damn, if that's the case, hang them up. That goes way beyond verbal. If true, they're TPOS. Let me investigate further.

Honest question, do you think Madonna should serve time in prison?
No, but a friendly visit from SS seems appropriate for these comments:

Yes, I have thought an awful lot about blowing up the White House.
Now if she was targeting people and pointing a shotgun in their face and saying she was going to kill them, then sure.

That's what it says. Now this is the punishment I'm confused about though.

It doesn't sound legal.

I understand not letting perv's around schools and parks, but that just does not seem legal.

Led out of the courtroom shackled and weeping after being sentenced.

The sad thing about all of this is the children. Aside from the children at the birthday party, this couple has three children.

I think you borrowed a comedian's line.

Came up with it on my own, not my fault if some comedian plagiarized me.

They did more than just wave a flag and being retarded.
quote:

Assistant District Attorney David Emadi detailed how the group had gone on a drunken, two-county rampage in pick-up trucked laden with Confederate battle flags through Paulding and Douglas counties over July 24 and July 25. Emadi said the group threatened African-American motorists, yelled at them and walked up to one of their cars with a gun. They also threatened African American shoppers at a Paulding County Walmart and at a convenience store.“

You don't get 20+ years in prison for yelling the N word. Also the whole idea of hate crimes is so stupid.

I said it the OT that the political board would conveniently leave out the best part of the story.

And you sure as shite did.

This same judge has probably sentenced numerous people to far less time who have committed crimes like armed robbery, burglary, involuntary manslaughter or assault and battery where the victims suffered actual physical injury. Nobody in this case was physically harmed and I believe his sentence to be absurdly harsh. Send them to jail yes but not for decades.

This judge probably sentences members of her constituency to "three good deeds" and throws the book at these downtrodden white Hispanics

Why didn't you show where the woman loaded a gun and Torres pulled it out saying he'd kill them all? That's right it doesn't fit the victim mentality you're trying to portray

Maybe so but those kids are mentally scarred. There's video of the incident.

That has zero to do with this case. Should I start a thread on the racist justice system?

Those are terrorist and treasonist threats that shouldn't be taken lightly. Lock them up and throw away the keys

Just imagine if a group of Muslims did something similar and threatened to kill folks at a kid's party. This board would call for their heads.

Muslims actually kill people, they do it every day

Confederates haven't killed anyone in 150 years
