If you had two choices in a race
The man who has never fallen
Or the man who has fallen 50 times but knows how to get up stronger than before

Who would you take

This is somewhat the scenario between Russia and the United States

If you truthfully look at the United States all major divides in society were created by Subversives in the US in the 50's 60's and 70's

And now Russia shows that they can manipulate politcal elections in the US

The US mansion is truthfully built on mud with a normal foundation

This foundation being democracy and capitalism

This open society has named Russia an enemy over Ukraine because Russia wishes to have access to the Black Sea again

US and European corporations do not want Russia there

Truthfully if the US foreign policy was not controlled by the business aspect of this county Russia with total control of Crimea makes sense because it creates a counter balance to Turkey

I believe if the US ever fell it would stay down

Eh, we can grow more than enough food to feed our country, they can't.

It would suck if financial markets collapsed. It would REALLY suck if it collapsed and your country's climate was too cold to grow enough food for your pissed off citizens.

I voted for Gary Johnson

I didn't care who won the election

Islam is the true threat for this country

The US and Europe has alienated the only country with the balls to fight Islam

Putin if he could get away with it would throw all the Chechens that did not side with Putin's world in prison

When I read your thread title I thought you were referring to that goofy congressman who thought Guam might tip over.

This is why studying history is important. The same fault lines have been extant in the United States pretty much since the founding.

This is what is taught now in schools in the US

History was revised starting in the mid 60's

This was because the way people were taught to think after WWII

Do some research on the change of the faculty of major US universities starting in the 1930's

We had a really nice, solid foundation until the left decided to start chipping away at it a hundred years ago. Now we have a century's worth of damage to repair and as in all things neglected, it will be expensive to fix.

How can you say they are "fully informed" when they only saw the DNC emails and not the RNC emails too? If the Russians had released the stuff they have on the REpublicans then your statement would be more accurate. Fortunatley for the GOP, they wanted Trump to win so they manipulated the elction accordingly. Donald Trump is the most illegitimate president in the history of the United States partly because of this.

I enjoy how people in this country get exited over politics like there really is much of a difference

All arguments now have become attacks against all policies of an administration

One of the many downfalls of having a legislative body and allowing people to vote

Very rarely does one in a political position do what is best for this country. Most of the time it is what is best for him first and then the party second

Are you speaking of the 1860 election

How does that make him illegitimate when he still won the electoral college without those states

It doesn't. Just like this email scandal doesn't make trump illegitimate.

Your analogy is horrible. When Russia falls, it falls fricking hard. Several decades of autocracy followed by ruin doesn't sound great.

I'll take the 240 years of political back and forth that the system is designed for over a Czar or General Secretary of a one party state 99 out of 100 times.
