It’s actually sad. She had a severe infection in her jaw and they eventually had to measures and the surgery effected her face quite a bit.

Not buying all the hoopla about infections that led to complications that led to deformities.
I believe she just got a shitty plastic surgery...and was embarrassed about how it turned out, so she concocted the whole chipped tooth, infection, disfigured bullshite.
I've seen a lot of plastic surgery train wrecks.... and most of them look like her.
I'm assuming the arms are a result of her trying to rebuild her confidence after she destroyed her face. So she lost herself in roids and working out.
Why can't every woman just gracefully accept getting older. Why do they keep falling into the plastic surgery trap? Plastic surgery isn't advanced enough yet.

I’ve lifted weights for damn near 30 years and always watched what I ate. My arms and shoulders have never been that ripped even in my 20s. That chick is taking some serious shite.

Whatever this is....is obviously NOT a "woman". It's not even trying to fool anyone.
"She" is purposely displaying her manly features
-- Legs: Bow-legged. Like a man's legs
-- Shoulders and traps of a man
-- Guns and muscle definition like Arnold in Predator
-- Harsh facial features (even without the botched surgery)
- Scarf covering up manly neck?
