Is the only criminal allegation against Moore that he felt up a 14 year old?

All the other allegations are about dating 18 year olds when he was in his early 30s, right? And btw, Hugh Hefner says hello.
And since the 14 year old has been proven to be a liar, whether she's telling the truth or not she's a proven liar and therefore her word cannot be taken at face value.
Right?

There is NO WAY McConnell brings an ethics investigation to Moore. NO WAY.
After perusing the RULES OF THE SELECT COMMITTEE ON ETHICS McConnell would be opening a can of worms that he would not want opened. Roy and his lawyers would have the chance to expose WaPo, his accusers and McConnell (in terms of spending $30 million against him) in a very public setting. I really believe McConnell will back away from these ethics investigation threats after Roy wins.

The 14 year old claimed to have her won phone in her room. Her mom said that she did not allow her to have her own room phone when she was 14. Her mom disagrees with her.
In the 1970's we only ha one phone in our entire house. Few homes have two phones in their house.
