Selling out stadiums has more to do with marketing than talent. Auburn was able to sell out Jordan Hare stadium, but didn’t have the talent to win a game over the last few years. It’s the same thing partner.

You’re kidding yourself if you think Taylor Swift isn’t talented.

She’s literally one of the most creative people on the planet.

Talented? Maybe. One of the most creative people on the planet is a huge stretch. She writes simple shite for all the simple bitches that are her fans.

I, for one, am shocked that white women are obsessed with the most current trend in pop culture. I dont think this has ever happened.

Yeah tons of white women flooded TD to discuss a pop star on a political message board.

The total lack of self-awareness is astonishing. Every dang day.

She was mad about this at one time, but then she shut up about it. You'd think a person who had written her own songs would automatically own the rights to them. I never understood this about music.

We wouldn't be talking about her if she hadn't foolishly interjected herself into an area of which she clearly knows Jack squat.

It’s always someone else’s fault. You have no autonomy. You are simply a victim of everyone that you disparage and deem inferior. Such a tough existence.

Funny how you just accidentally cut my comment off so the point isn't made. Taylor Swift isn't 14 years old anymore, girl, She's a middle -aged woman. And if she chooses to interject her stupid woke arse into politics then she's fair game.

I actually used to like Taylor Swift. Unlike Miley Cyrus, it looked for a minute like she wasn't going to sell out to the ugly system. But then, she did.

I know all of that is way over your head, though.

The record company owns it. That's just how the music business works. Taylor pre-recorded a bunch of her older music so she owns it now.

Supposedly, she is pretty generous with the people who work for her.

I know who the guy that did the apparel for her last concert tour. Her decisions made him a millionaire based on a chance meeting on a beach with someone that knew her directly. She spent 8 figures on apparel. So yeah, I’ll give her kudos there.

You wouldn’t be talking about her if she didn’t say something about the presidential election 6 months ago. I guess you think that justifies a bunch of middle aged+ men sitting around talking shite about a pop star.

She's a middle -aged woman.

She’s 35. Probably half your age. And exponentially wealthier and more popular. You sound like a jealous teenager.

When did it look like this? Back in 2007?

ETA if beige was a pop star, it would be Taylor Swift. There is nothing interesting or remarkable about her outside of her wealth and popularity. She’s not particularly talented at anything but she comes from a wealthy family who had the resources to help her succeed. I have nothing against her but I’m shocked that other adults choose the spend their time pondering Taylor Swift.
