They can’t close them. Where would Stephen A, Shay Shay, and espn do every fall when they go on the road and talk about all the racist dumbasses that can’t get into real colleges

250 million is nothing in terms of the federal budget though

Blacks are fully capable of standing up for themselves - they are smart enough, strong enough, good enough. It's time to take the slackers among them off of life support and let them die off. It's time to starve their parasitic leadership and turn away self-loathiing and guilt-ridden whites and let Blacks thrive.
Time to end the Black slave trading and ownership by the Liberal Democrats.

Start with the 19 HBCU which are federal Land Grant institutions like Southern in Louisiana. Not surprisingly, most are in southern states. Merge them with each state's major Land Grant University.
Interesting idea, but I doubt Auburn has any intererst in operating two addittional struggling campuses, or taking in 11,000 new students in their small town, even though most of the Tuskeegee students live over there now anyway.

And? Those two things are unrelated. And he didn't just promise, he signed into law.

Why? Anyone can go there.

Where would blacks get educated if that happens ?
Same places as the Asians and India students?

Brah, Indians are Asians.

Well, technically
But India isn’t like China or Japan, not in looks or culture
But we have each here in the states achieving at a high level

I knew what you were probably getting at. Just fooling about.

In the case of state of Alabama, we could give Auburn to Tuskeegee.
Last year the Land-Grant HBCU started complaining how they had been shortchanged. Might as well clean up that remnant of the Confederacy.

Sorry. I don’t believe that.

Makes sense.

That's OK. BTW, he's the same guy who gave me advice about women during our lunch break:
Him: 'Zach, don't you agree that a woman likes a strong man?
Me: 'Sure.'
Him: 'Then don't you agree that a woman likes her man to beat her up once in a while?'
Me: 'Uh, no.'
Him: 'I don't mean injuring her. I mean just slappin' her around.'
Me: 'Uh, no.'
It's OK if you don't believe that one either. Both are true.

They definitely shouldn't be getting any money that others don't get. If they can't hold their own they let them close down like any other university.
If blacks want to keep them going then they need to start donating to them. That is one of their biggest issues, their alum don't donate. Taxpayers shouldn't either.
But of course no one will do anything about this out of cowardness.

Gov Jindal already tried that
No reason for Louisiana to have as many universities as it has

Community colleges have the lowest graduation rates,
Majority of people probably dont go to CC to graduate. Probably a bad addition in this comparison. The #s are skewed with students just wanting to knock out transferable credits on the cheap or to help get ahead.
