How would we know?

In all honesty, let's be sensible here.

No one at the FBI got so aggravated they pulled the plug on McCabe over a "memo" that has no references.

So. I suspect that this "memo" isn't exactly your garden variety memorandum for record.

I guess we'll see.

Yes I did

You even posted this

Compromised how?
At some point in time they started spying on Americans and leaking info about their findings to the media in order to influence public opinion.

That's what we're gonna find out. There are some very obvious conclusions

Again we'll find out. Political gain I would presume.

Couldn’t agree more about due process - but if said due process was carried out by your congressman with you never seeing or hearing of the underlying documents would you take his word on it?
Me personally? The only choice I would have is to believe them or not. The weight of the evidence is what would convince me.

In this case, the Democrats on the HIC who voted not to release it didn't say it was false or full of lies, which would be an indicator to me that it was false (though I'm not inclined to believe Democrats generally).

Also, if the FBI was allowed to look at it while they are the subject of many of the issues purportedly contained in the memo and come away from it saying it's factual, it lends support to it even if I don't see the underlying supporting documents.

The initial arguments that I was hearing against the release of the memo was essentially two-fold: it was mean and disparaging of our intelligence agencies (who cares, if it's true?) and it contained classified information that could put us at risk. It wasn't about the truthfulness of the information.

wasn't the memo also classified?
It is my understanding it was. It may be heavily redacted. We will see shortly.
