Is CNN taking fake news to the most logical extreme? Example in OP

So CNN obviously doesn't have a very strong reputation with their Trump coverage.

Many media outlets are dishonest when you see an editorial piece or something of the sort. However in this instance there is a video with narration and you watch it and think "wtf is the narrator even talking about"

In this video the narrator in back to back clips claims that Trump had an "angry outburst" and a "tirade" and the examples of both are shown. No logical person would think that these instances are anywhere near an angry outburst or tirade. They're telling you one thing and literally immediately following up with the video evidence that doesn't even remotely support their claim. Lying with the truth right in front of your eyes. Do they think they can honestly manipulate the public this bad? If you just read about it and didn't see the clips you might take them for their word if you didn't know better. This is just obscene.
