The animosity between Harris and Asterisk will become too great. They know they're losing both houses of Congress in November, so they're going to try some Obamacare end-around bullshite while they still have razor thin majorities. That's when I think Harris steps away, and HRC is the nominee for VP.
At that point, they pull out all the stops in the attempt to get her confirmed. All the leverage and blackmail material on the RINOs, the moderates, all of it.
God forbid they could get her confirmed, they would try to 25A Sleepy in an effort to install her as POTUS.
It's just a theory, but I think THAT may be our precipice.
ETA:
Since last year's Fauxnauguration, I have held the belief that these two retards are able to play White House as people wake up... so long as they don't alter the terms of the deal. Now, do they know they're being led by the nose? That remains to be seen.
If they are, to use Darth Vader's context, "altering the deal", then I think that moves the timetable up. After all, if you "have it all," then you can produce evidence on demand to satisfy a general populace that's all "WTAF?" should you need to accelerate timelines.
