That Grandchild is in spiritual trouble, unless one of the Grandparents is. Real love as expressed via the physical body is one of the saving graces of life itself. And people who love are ecstatic to extend and experience hugs as a basic expression of said feeling.
Hell, they have a YouTube Channel (EverSoulful) that shows ANIMALS expressing love to humans which extended such in early relations.
Whoever made that Ad is a sick individual. You might hug them, but their eyes and souls would be empty. Ted Bundy was likely in that category.

We have people here that want the same thing here along with the government (school aides, teachers, health care workers, psychiatrists) being able to trans your kids without your knowledge or consent.
Grandmother has to get consent to hug her grandchild, the government does not need consent to trans your children.
