First of all I’m not a Muslim. I’m trying to give you a lesson. The only difference between the two sides is that one believes this is the way the world ends and the other thinks something else will happen. As far as everything else they both believe in killing nonbelievers. It’s not collectivism it’s the same sick thinking. The only difference between the two is an argument amongst themselves. How you deal with nonbelievers does not change between the two. They both think we must die. Now do you understand what I’m saying?
I don't think you know what collectivism is. You're assigning people to groups/identities and then assigning the worst parts of that group as being a reflection of all of them.
I have no use for it. You know how many Christians believe stupid shite and want to kill people for their beliefs? Yet I would never judge them all based on those few. Because it's collectivism, it's ignorant and I want no part of it.
I'm sorry you live in your life in fear. I do not.

First of all I have used the term radical Islamist several times. I have also talked about moderate Muslims earlier. There are not enough moderates right now. I could not have been more clear.

And yet you can't name the terrorist attacks on the US by Iran.

How about taking our Embassy in Tehran back in the 70’s and holding American hostage for over 400 days. How about killing almost 250 Americans in the 80’s. How about over 600 dead in Iraq with many more maimed for life. That’s there greatest hits against the United States. Giving these radicals access to weapons such as drones, ballistic and cruise missiles, and weapons of mass death would be no different than giving AQ access to planes to fly. It would be total insanity.

4442-- KIA
180,869 total casualties.
180,869 total casualties.

Not a terrorist attack. That was a rebellion and they took over an embassy that had CIA and other government officials.

None of those were terrorist attacks. They were military/government targets on foreign soil.

Not sure what you are referring to here, but likely also military attacks in foreign countries.

Same neocon propaganda from 20 years ago.
If you want to look at defense, I'm game. Those weapons exist around the world and can be used at any time. But somehow if Iran gets it - we have no defense? And that's the only issue? Yeah, bullshite.
In reality, the entire thing is about the petro dollar, and the fact Iran wants to bypass it which would hurt the international banking cartel that we are economic slaves to. I'm not going to be upset about it, and I'm not going to buy into the propaganda that will only lead to the loss of wealth and life of Americans for their profits.

KIA means killed in action and would indicate military targets, not terrorism.
And the other number is just bullshite.

It is which is why you are being vague. You know if you are specific, you will be debunked.

It’s pretty well established that Hezbollah is a proxy of Iran and carried out the attack in the 80’s on the Marine Barracks. Hezbollah has been a recognized terrorist groups for years.
The Embassy had to have the blessing of the Regime in Iran to take place. It was a terrorist no matter what you say. Go ask one of the hostages that lived through it if they think it was a terrorist attack.
Look man I can’t fix stupid which is what most of your arguments are. Terrorist are terrorist and there is no excuse for it. They are thugs and murders however you want to slice it. They want American and Israeli deaths. Giving them the means to do it is totally stupid and insane. Throw around cute little insults like neocon and whatever else you like. It doesn’t change the fact we are dealing with terrorist. I’m sorry I don’t know of any other way to deal with terrorist other than kill them. Negotiating with them doesn’t offer any results. Tell me another way I’m all ears. Until then I will keep screaming to kill these sons of bitches so they don’t vaporize a city in a couple of years.

They aren’t getting a total surrender.
They continue to block the straight they will in turn continue to be blockaded.
Their economy will fail before the rest of the worlds.
They are betting that they are more willing to endure economic pain than we are. I think they're right. If the strait stays closed, my understanding is that is going to seriously frick with our economy. When that happens, the Republicans are either going to get whomped in the midterms or do anything they can to keep from getting whomped.
Trump and his people know all this, or have at least figured it out by now, which is why they are desperate for a deal.
We have the military ability to win a war with Iran, but at huge cost and there's no way Congress will approve it or the American people will go for it. Trump won't order all-out war on his own because it's political poison. Even the diehards on this board can't pretend that Americans wanted this war or were sold this war by Trump in 2024, they just say we "needed" it now (don't you know Iran is weeks away from a nuclear weapon!). Americans didn't want this war, they want it even less now it's going poorly, and they will turn on Trump and the GOP if either a) we go all-out to win it or b) the strait stays closed and starts to bite the American economy for real.
Without all-out war, we have no leverage to make Iran open the strait, but all-out war is a political non-starter. But we need the strait open soon, because if it stays closed we're going to be in nearly as much political pain as if there was all out war. It's a very bad negotiating position.
And "just wait them out" won't work because it's 3 months to the midterms and only 2 years to the next presidential election.
That's one of several reasons this war was a terrible gamble at best and a colossal frickup at worst.

That is not a terrorist attack. That is a military target.
It is an act of war. However, if you want to go that route then you need to bring up our acts of war in giving Iraq chemical weapons to be used against Iran and that we supplied and helped Iraq attack Iran for 8 years in the 80s.
That was 40 years ago.

Except it wasn't a terrorist attack, it was a rebellion and they attacked the US embassy because the "blessing of the Regime in Iran" was the dictator we installed in 1953 after our intelligence agencies over through their democratic government.
Now, if Russia did the same thing to us, are you telling me you would be upset about people taking over their embassy here? I doubt it. It was a government building, not terrorism.
quote:

Terrorist are terrorist is just you saying - anyone I call a terrorist is a terrorist because I say so. Because you obviously do not understand and/or care what the word actually means.
You are upset with me because I believe words have meanings and those meanings should be used correctly.
Terrorism is when you attack/threaten civilian targets in an effort to bring about political change to the will of those doing the attacks.
Such as - attacking or threatening a foreign nations infrastructure/civilian lifelines if that country doesn't bend to your political will. Which is what you support doing.
And no coincidence that you just want to be able to label Terrorists at will and then just say "kill all terrorist". And all the innocent people you kill in the process are of no consequence to you, because you live a life of fear that they will act exactly like you.
You are just like them as far as I can tell, except between you, you are the one who wants to steal the wealth of my family or sacrifice their lives for your goals.
