A passive Biden regime will do nothing. A strategic mind would realize Iran just limped in with a weak hand to call Isreal. This could be a good time to push all-in and force Irans hand. It may result in their collapse. I mean - Iran invited all of this upon themselves and Gazans. .

You need to go to debate finishing school. I think it would help greatly.

I guess we will see. Ballistic missiles will be much more effective against the iron dome.

It would also necessitate a repone by Isreal, which I don't think Iran wants any part of. Iranian citizens are already on the verge of revolting.

You're an insufferable cuck. Missiles hit an Israeli airbase, there are plenty of videos.

Which is why Id call Iran on their direct attack. See if you can force collapse from a safe distance.

It’s the end of their proxies and nukes. All of the things destabilizing the ME.

The Mullahs have been fricking around long enough. Time for them to find out.

This is becoming more and more clearly a carbon copy of the response to Soleimani’s death. Iran shot some firehawk missiles in a predetermined portion of an American base in Afghanistan, intentionally aimed to lessen the possibility of American personnel casualties. We chose to refrain from further response and tits for tat because there was an “informal” understanding of Iran’s game plan.

To use a poker reference, They basically announced they are going raise with a weak hand.

I’d push all in and see if you can force them to fold.

So ballistic missiles fired over 4 hours ago from Iran just arrived in Israel, a distance of about 700 miles, 15 minutes ago??

You realize a ballistic missile can circle the entire Earth in an hour and a half, right?

My guess is it's much more likely to have been cruise missiles being intercepted which fly at a fraction of the speed of a ballistic missile. Also cruise missiles are much easier to be intercepted by anti-missile systems.

I think the most pertinent consideration is the avoidance of further escalation if reasonably possible. Israel’s currently got its hands full, and further escalatory involvement from us and/or other third parties is a guaranteed net negative.

**And don’t get me wrong, I’m not advocating for anything that results in a perception of weakness on ours or Israel’s part, I’m just proposing what seems like the most pragmatic and practical viewpoint.

How so? Folding now gives them a moral victory and green light to continue with their proxy war.

You have direct engagement - an opportunity to force pressure on the Mullahs and at vulnerable time.

Isreal should use it. From a distance of course

Hit their military and a few government building close to the Mullahs.

Could be drones. Could be cruise missiles. Could be Hezbollah surface-to-surface missiles fired from southern Lebanon.

How do you know it was ballistic missiles? The answer is you don't.

My previous post still stands. I don't know. And neither do you.

One military analyst said a few minutes ago on Fox, "“Iran is taking some pride in this large scale aerial attack, but it is rather low tech and rather unimpressive.”

I appreciate that reference, but that time has not yet arrived if you want an end to Irans proxies that are wreaking havoc across the ME.

To your point - there may be a time for it. I don’t think this is it unless you want to continue the status quo.
