Believe it or not, they distribute it to the Kuwaiti people, at least a lot of it. When I was over there you'd see women driving Lambo's with their kids jammed in somehow. They had a lot of wrecks and when the tow trucks would come (plural), one would haul off the wrecked car and the other brought them a new one. Not all of the people get distribution, there's actually a hierarchy.

What I'm suggesting is with the regime in its death throw will throw whatever they have left to not just disrupt the ME, they'll attempt to break it. Something they haven't attempted yet. No one here actually knows what kind of firepower they have left, but they'll throw whatever it is plus the kitchen sink in its final hours.
And keep that regional interest shite out of here, Iran has been using proxies to attack the US for 47 fricking years. GTFOH
