No, just going off the OP which is why I said looks like.
Geaux has seemingly been on the money with military action in the past and the first person to post these types of events so I don’t fact check him much.

Ive been driving all night. Iranian proxies stuck back at us earlier, ended up not being major. Just haven't been able to update OP.

What do you think the chances are this escalates into something major in that part of the world? Or does go the usual route a few hits from both sides then it dies down? I am 51 and can remember this back forth with Iran all the way back to the hostage situation and things just feel different this time.

Iran apparently hacked the federal depository library program website and put up defaced pictures of trump. Oh no I won't be able to function without a website I didn't know existed.

Zero. For something major to happen, someone else would have to defend Iran from US action.
The rest of the world wants no part of defending terrorism or crossing Trump.
Any further military action needed will be executed from half a world away and be over in minutes.

The US Military is the best in the world.
We can match whatever response Iran tries.
Iran may do some damage and take some lives, but we will ALWAYS be able to one up them with our response.
At some point Iran will run out of things they can do to us, but we will never run out of ways we can hurt them.
The more successful Iran is at hurting us will be sent back to them 100 times worse.

I highly doubt the security present at the federal library is of the same level present at higher priority facilities.

I feel if Iran was ever going to do something, this would be the time. We're in uncharted territory. Common sense would say they would fight us via their militias and proxies, but we keep killing the leaders of those militias. Soleimani was the glue that led all of them together, and now that he's gone and the lower level leaders are getting picked off, they are getting antsy and will probably end up just trying to attack us on their own.
Iran is in a poor position also, financially, and as far as morale with their citizens. I believe that we aren't trying to force regime change, but I do think we are trying to make it easier for the Iranian people to take control organically. That's the only way I see regime change working, opposite what we tried in Iraq.
TBH Iran is fricked either way. If they do nothing, it makes America seem to assume control of the region and hinders their position. If they attack us, we hit them with an even bigger stick and assert our power to assume control of the region.
They are becoming backed into a corner and what does a country do when they're backed into a corner?

#US Embassy in #KSA/#Saudi have issued a security alert update.
quote:
Location: Heightened Risk of Missile and Drone attacks
Event: The Mission advises the American community in Saudi Arabia of the heightened risk of missile and drone attacks. In the past, regional actors hostile to Saudi Arabia have conducted missile and drone attacks against both civilian and military targets inside the Kingdom. U.S. citizens living and working near military bases and oil and gas facilities and other critical civilian infrastructure, particularly in the Eastern Province and areas near the border with Yemen, are at heightened risk of attack. Saudi Arabia has a system of civil defense sirens (LINK but there may be no advance warning of a missile or drone attack. The Mission urges American citizens in the Kingdom to immediately review precautions to take in the event of an attack.

President Trump has warned Iran not to retaliate. If any Americans are killed as a result of retaliation, then we lower the boom on this cockroaches. I'm not talking about a few Brimstone Reaper missiles either.
Now if Ilhan Omar and her traitor democrat pals do stupid shite like lowering the flag to half-staff at the U. S. Capital we throw their arse in jail.
We need to stop playing games with these traitors.

If Iran so much as sneezes in our direction we should greenlight Israel hitting every suspected nuclear site at once. Then, when the rats scatter, pick them off until someone sensible surrenders.
