Removed with the 11.2.5 update. Ask the people in your office why they are compromising corporate IT security by running an old iPhone OS.

Why would people have Easter Sunday on their work calendars?

I find it helpful to know if I'm scheduling something on a Monday after a holiday.

I don't know what the rest of this thread is all about, though.

If the Islamic holidays remain, then they have a case.

Not sure why you people are so up in arms about a pagan holiday.

Look everyone, it’s the anti-Christian, intellectual, sophisticate..he’s here to entertain us with witty tales of “Ester” and fertility..

Why is it removed period in the first place though? Is the belief in the resurrection of a man that taught nothing but love and peace that horrifying and offensive? If anything Jesus should be a liberals idol because he truly did love everybody and treated everyone as his brother and sister equally.

Wait WTF?

I'm Catholic and an iPhone X owner. I've been using the iPhone since the 3G in 2008. I'm seriously angry right now. When will this fricking PC BS stop?

EDIT: Just checked my phone and it's still there thankfully. Went ahead and added my own Easter Sunday on my iPhone Calendar in case Apple erases it.

Would be epic if Trump gave out a #FakeCalendar tweet. The melt would be legendary.

Ramadan is there.
Ramadan is a month long, and not a single day in that month has anything listed for Ramadan.

There are supplemental calendars that include all Islamic holidays. No supplemental Christian Calendar though.
The alternative CALENDARS are Hebrew, Islamic, and Chinese.

The default calendar is the Gregorian Calendar, the most widely used calendar.

The Gregorian Calendar was an update to the Julian Calendar and was proposed by and named after Pope Gregory XIII. It was eventually authorized as the official calendar of the Catholic Church and its papal states. Catholic countries then began adopting and eventually Protestant countries, as well as number of Orthodox countries and non-Christian countries adopted it as well.

So the default calendar is a Christian calendar.

I really suspect there are people out there who think Tim Cook was perusing a beta of 11.2.5 and went "It's time. Dump easter. Get rid of the Christian calendar" before laughing maniacally and calling Obama to vent.
